While we think Sacha Baron Cohen is funny in his movies, we think he went too far last night at the 2012 Academy Award Oscars red carpet.

After all the hype last week about Sacha appearing in his full “Dictator” costume, Cohen arrived not only in full costume but he proceeded to dump an urn of fake ashes on host Ryan Seacrest.

The urn of ashes was labeled “Kim Jong il”, the dead dictator from North Korea, and you could tell that Seacrest was not expecting the stunt – and was not happy.

Sacha Cohen tells Ryan Seacrest,

"I love it here because it gave me an opportunity to bring my dear friend and tennis partner, Kim Jong-il. It was my dream to come to the Oscars and be sprinkled over the red carpet and Halle Berry's chest. Now when people ask who you are wearing, you will say Kim Jong-il!"

After Sacha was escorted away Seacrest had to complete his live broadcast covered in ashes.



So, Cohen did exactly what the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences didn’t want him to do. What a douche.

For his part, Ryan Seacrest seemed to take things in stride but you can tell from the video he was not happy.

You can also see in the video that Academy staff basically had to drag Cohen away by force in front of the cameras.

Now we all know that Hollywood is a whore for publicity but we got to say this was just stupid, in bad taste, and will not endear Sacha Baron Cohen’s fans to his movies.

Justin Bieber and Billy Crystal Comedy at the 2012 Oscars

In what will probably go down as one of the cutest Oscar comedy moments of 2012, Justin Bieber and Billy Crystal teamed up for a little bit of funny Sunday night.

Bieber made a cameo in Crystal’s pre-monolog opening to help bring in the 18-24 demographic.

It was totally unexpected as Justin was not expected to make an appearance and the sketch was actually very very funny!

Pretty funny eh?

Bieber took to twitter after his appearance during the show saying,

“A BIG SHOUTOUT to Billy Crystal. Thanks for letting be a part of the show and you killed it tonight. #muchlove”

We got to say we thought it was hilarious and there were a lot of subtle jokes that we didn’t even notice until we watched it a few times.

Great job Justin and Bob! Now get back in the studio and keep working on your new album “Believe”.

15-Year-Old Eben Franckewitz Makes It To The Top 24

Good news for all you American Idol Season 11 fans who have been waiting to see if Eben Franckewitz made it to the top 24 finalist…

HE DID!

Fifteen year old Eben from Milford Ohio was the last male to be selected and is now officially in the group of finalists to be voted on by TV viewers during season 11.



In the usual American Idol style of drama, it came down to Franckewitz and another teen finalist but Eben took home the golden finalist ticket.

Eben told the judges,

“It’s life-changing. I want this more than anything. Singing is what I want to do for the rest of my life. There is no place I’d rather be right now than on this stage. It’s awesome.”

The 15-year-old is one of the youngest American Idol finalists ever and Eben is no stranger to the stage.

Eben has been active in the Cincinnati Children’s Theater and Mason’s "Acting Up" productions for several years and just recently ended a three year run playing the role of Bob Cratchit’s son in Playhouse in the Park’s “A Christmas Carol”.



The singer charmed the judges during his audition in Pittsburg when he told them that people think he looks like Justin Bieber.
